The modules under 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision are developed for retail professionals at the supervisory level, who are given responsibility for other workers in their roles, provide team management and guidance, as well as take charge of resource planning and allocation.

To qualify for a 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Operations, individuals must successfully complete:
- At least 8 core modules under the 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision and
- Any 3 elective modules under the 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision or 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management
Alternatively, individuals may choose to learn certain module or a collection of modules relevant to needs or occupation. A Statement of Attainment (SOA) will be awarded upon the completion ofeach training module and passing the required assessments.

Entry Requirements
There are no specific admission requirements for individuals who wish to be trained in any of the modules under the 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision. However, participants are expected to have achieved a certain level of literacy and numeric ability to be able to cope with the course.
Course Duration
The course would run for 120 hours in any of the following formats subject to a minimum number of 25 participants for any (or all) of the options mentioned below:-
Option 1
Weekend program (Saturday/Sunday)
10.00 am till 3.00 pm for 5 hours for 24 weekends spread over 3 months
Option 2
Weekend Program (Saturday/Sunday)
10.00 am till 1.00 pm for 40 weekends spread over 5 months
Option 3
Evening Program (Monday till Friday)
6.30 pm till 8.30 pm for 60 days spread over 3 months
No of participants
The number of participants should not exceed 20 for effective interaction and comprehension.
Delivery Mechanism
The mode of instruction would be English and delivery mechanism would constitute of LCD projector, PC/Laptop, white boards with marker pens.
Courseware
The courseware would be provided to the candidates in both soft and hard copy.
Course Venue
The course would be held at the 3EKF business partner's premises preferably in the conference/training room.
Course Fees
The course fee would be Rs.65000/ per participant.

Rs.1000/- at time of Registration (non refundable)
