3rd Eye set to offer career programme in Retail Store Excellence


The career programme in Retail Store Excellence is based on the 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation proprietary 9 modular methodology encompassing the various tenets of retail store excellence.

3EKF Executive Programme
The skills and motivation levels of Retail Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers can dramatically impact the performance of a Retail Chain. 3EKF understands the dynamics of managing in a Retail Store environment and knows what it takes to be successful. The programme offers tips; techniques and tools in abundance to equip store managers to take leadership roles in driving home key Retail Store Business and Management initiatives.

3EKF Executive Benefits

Alternatively, individuals may choose to learn certain module or a collection of modules relevant to needs or occupation. A 3EKF Certificate of Excellence will be awarded upon the completion of the training consisting of the 9 modules and passing the required assessments.

Programme Eligibility
There are no specific admission requirements for individuals who wish to be trained in any of the modules under the 3EKF Executive Programme. However, participants are expected to be graduates in any stream and having achieved a certain level of intellectual ability wrt literacy, logic and numeric ability to be able to cope with the course.

Programme Duration
3EKF Executive is programmed to be of 11 months duration (10 am to 2 pm, 5 days a Week) including 2 months of internship in a place of business. 3i will facilitate placement for internship who so desire.

Programme Fees
The fees for the said programme would be Rs.150,000/- only, payable in 3 equal instalments at the beginning of every trimester, payable to 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation, Mumbai.

No of participants
The number of participants should not exceed 50 for effective interaction and comprehension.

Delivery Mechanism
The mode of instruction would be English and delivery mechanism would constitute of LCD Projector, PC/Laptop, White Boards with Marker Pens, Flip Charts, Audio-Visuals, Interactive Class room sessions, coupled into Role-Play, Coursework, Assignments, Field visits and Live Projects would raise the competency bar of the participants.

Programme Handouts
The courseware would be provided to the candidates in both soft and hard copy.
