3rd Eye Launches Diploma in Retail Management

Diploma in Retail Management
The modules under 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management are developed for retail professionals at the managerial level, who have a high degree of autonomy, possess responsibility in decision making and require knowledge and skills to perform a wide range of duties in a dynamic retail
environment.

These include:
  • Store / Outlet Managers
  • Assistant Sales / Sales Managers
  • Senior Merchandising Managers

To qualify for a 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management, individuals must successfully complete:
  • Atleast 9 core modules under 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management and
  • 6 elective modules under 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management, or a combination of at least 4 elective modules under the 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management and maximum of 2 elective modules from 3EKF Advanced Certificate in Retail Supervision.

Alternatively, individuals may undertake training in an individual module alone or a collection of modules relevant to needs or occupation. In such cases, they will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) upon completion of each training and passing the assessment stage.

Entry Requirements
There are no specific admission requirements for individuals who wish to be trained in any of the modules under the 3EKF Diploma in Retail Management. However, participants are expected to have achieved a certain level of literacy and numeric ability to be able to cope with the course.

Course Duration
The course would run for 120 hours in any of the following formats subject to a minimum number of 25 participants for any (or all) of the options mentioned below:-

Option 1
Weekend program (Saturday/Sunday)
10.00 am till 3.00 pm for 5 hours for 24 weekends spread over 3 months
Option 2
Weekend Program (Saturday/Sunday)
10.00 am till 1.00 pm for 40 weekends spread over 5 months
Option 3
Evening Program (Monday till Friday)
6.30 pm till 8.30 pm for 60 days spread over 3 months

No. of participants
The number of participants should not exceed 25 for effective interaction and comprehension.

Delivery Mechanism
The mode of instruction would be English and delivery mechanism would constitute of LCD projector, PC/Laptop, white boards with marker pens.

Courseware
The courseware would be provided to the candidates in both soft and hard copy

Course Fees
The course fee would be Rs. 80,000/- per participant.

Mode of Payment
Rs.1000/- at time of registration (non refundable)
100% advance on or before Day 3 of commencement of the programme, payable to 3rd Eye Knowledge Foundation, Mumbai
